1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 8gbaje ("8gbaje", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 8gbaje website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming, betting, and account services available at https://8gbaje.com.

Providing false documentation to circumvent age verification is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Parental Responsibility

3. Account Registration & Security

Currency

General Bonus Rules

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

In the event of any conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence over general rules for that particular market.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the 8gbaje system, and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that are not confirmed due to insufficient balance, system error, or odds changes are not valid and will not be settled. It is the player's responsibility to verify that a bet has been accepted before navigating away from the bet confirmation screen.

Odds and Pricing

Suspension and Closure by 8gbaje

8gbaje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if any of the following circumstances apply:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required time frame

Where an account is closed due to verified breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for other administrative reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder's primary verified payment method within a reasonable time.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8gbaje, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 8gbaje platform or any content, services, or products obtained through the platform.

8gbaje's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 8gbaje account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8gbaje does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

8gbaje reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion.
